Report in-game problems directly to staff


If you need staff to review something in game (griefing, stealing, general support, etc.) use this command.
Once you have submitted a ticket, you do not have to remain online to receive support. If your ticket has been managed by a staff member while you are offline, you will receive a notification when logging on.

/ticket <issue>

Create a ticket and present details about your issue. Your ticket will be delivered and staff will resolve the issue.
Stand at the location of the issue if the issue is in-game!
Ensure that you give as much detail as you can when submitting a ticket!
